ARAUJO HANGS OUT WITH NUNEZ AND GETS RUMOR MILL ALL EXCITED

Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has been hanging out with Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo amid speculation over the forward’s future.

Araujo posted a photo of the two with the caption “My brother” on Instagram which is bound to get the rumor mill all excited. Just watch.

Reports in England have already claimed that Darwin has been targeted by Barcelona as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski. However, it’s worth noting the report stems from an ‘exclusive’ from The S*n.

Yet it’s also worth mentioning that Nunez has taken the unusual step of deleting all the Liverpool-related posts on his Instagram account in the last few days.

Barca have been linked with Nunez previously and were even told to sign the striker by Uruguayan team-mate Luis Suarez. However, he ended up going to Liverpool in a deal worth a massive £85 million.

It’s a fee that Barca couldn’t afford then and certainly can’t afford now. That won’t stop the rumor mill though, particularly now he’s taken time out to catch up with international team-mate Araujo.
